Ingredients
- 100 g rolled oats
- 300 ml milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 banana (sliced)

- 1 small handful nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- Pinch of cinnamon
