Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese (softened)
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 75 g strawberries (chopped)
- 50 g biscuits (Digestive or Graham crackers)
- ½ tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Divide the biscuit mixture between 2 glasses and press lightly.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the glasses.
- Top with chopped strawberries.
- Chill for 20 minutes (optional) and serve.
