A creamy, fresh and quick no-bake dessert ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect when you want something sweet without spending much time.

Ingredients

  • 100 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 75 g strawberries (chopped)
  • 50 g biscuits (Digestive or Graham crackers)
  • ½ tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Divide the biscuit mixture between 2 glasses and press lightly.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the glasses.
  7. Top with chopped strawberries.
  8. Chill for 20 minutes (optional) and serve.
