Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Handful of spinach (chopped)
  • 40g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add spinach and feta.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve.
