Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Handful of spinach (chopped)
- 40g feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach and feta.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
