Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 cooked chicken thighs or breasts (300g total)
  • 1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: salsa or yogurt sauce
