- 4 slices bread (sourdough or whole wheat)
- 1 cooked chicken breast (150–200g)
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Optional: tomato slices or spinach
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Slice cooked chicken
- Place chicken on 2 slices bread
- Add cheese and optional vegetables
- Top with remaining bread
- Heat butter in a pan
- Grill sandwich 3 minutes per side
- Slice and serve warm
