Warm toasted chicken melt with melted cheese and crispy bread. A quick, comforting lunch ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (sourdough or whole wheat)
  • 1 cooked chicken breast (150–200g)
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Optional: tomato slices or spinach
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice cooked chicken
  2. Place chicken on 2 slices bread
  3. Add cheese and optional vegetables
  4. Top with remaining bread
  5. Heat butter in a pan
  6. Grill sandwich 3 minutes per side
  7. Slice and serve warm
