A quick and flavorful chicken dinner topped with melted mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and fresh basil. Light, fresh, and ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 100 g mozzarella (sliced)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Place mozzarella slices on top of chicken.
  6. Cover pan and cook until cheese melts.
  7. Top with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve immediately.
