Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 100 g mozzarella (sliced)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Place mozzarella slices on top of chicken.
- Cover pan and cook until cheese melts.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
