Ingredients

  • 6–8 falafel (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Handful lettuce or spinach
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: pita bread or couscous

Instructions

  1. Cook falafel according to package instructions.
