- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut croissants into large pieces and place in a small baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture over the croissants.
