This High Protein Tuna Pasta is a quick and filling lunch packed with lean protein and fresh flavors. Made with tuna, protein-rich pasta, and a light creamy yogurt sauce, it’s perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 150g high protein pasta (or whole wheat pasta)
  • 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cucumber (chopped)
  • Handful cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain pasta and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
  4. Add tuna, cucumber and tomatoes.
  5. Mix everything with pasta.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
