This High Protein Tuna Pasta is a quick and filling lunch packed with lean protein and fresh flavors. Made with tuna, protein-rich pasta, and a light creamy yogurt sauce, it’s perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 150g high protein pasta (or whole wheat pasta)
- 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cucumber (chopped)
- Handful cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and let cool slightly.
- Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
- Add tuna, cucumber and tomatoes.
- Mix everything with pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
