Creamy, chocolatey, and packed with protein. These overnight oats are perfect for meal prep and busy mornings. Make once, enjoy twice!

Ingredients

  • 100g oats
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 400ml milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or divide into 2 jars.
  2. Stir well until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (Or at least 4 hours)
  4. Stir before eating and add toppings if desired.
