This High Protein Chicken Mozzarella Toast is a warm, crispy, and satisfying lunch packed with lean chicken, melted mozzarella, and fresh greens. Perfect for a quick high-protein meal that’s both simple and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 120g cooked chicken breast (sliced)
- 30g mozzarella (light or regular)
- Handful spinach or arugula
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C
- Place bread slices on baking tray
- Add chicken evenly over bread
- Top with mozzarella
- Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese melts
- Add spinach and optional yogurt
- Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes
- Serve warm
