This ultra-rich no-bake chocolate ganache tart is pure indulgence. With a buttery cookie crust and a silky smooth chocolate filling, it’s the perfect luxurious dessert that requires minimal effort but delivers maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 100g chocolate cookies (crushed)
  • 50g (3.5 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
  • For the filling:
  • 120g (4 oz) dark chocolate (70%)
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings:
  • Fresh berries
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Sea salt flakes


Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust
    Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a small tart pan or dish. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Make the ganache
    Heat the cream until just simmering (do not boil). Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth
    Add butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir until glossy and fully combined.
  4. Assemble
    Pour the ganache into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Serve
    Slice and top with berries, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of sea salt.
