A quick and comforting dinner made with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and fresh spinach. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something fast and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 150 g pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 150 ml cooking cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until golden.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in cream and stir well.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Drain pasta and add to the sauce.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve immediately.
