Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (300g total)
- 2 whole wheat pita breads
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- Handful lettuce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes.
- Chop cucumber and tomato.
- Warm pita bread.
- Fill pita with chicken and vegetables.
- Add Greek yogurt sauce.
