Warm grilled chicken served in soft pita bread with fresh vegetables and a light yogurt sauce. A high-protein, satisfying warm lunch perfect for on-the-go meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (300g total)
  • 2 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • Handful lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes.
  5. Chop cucumber and tomato.
  6. Warm pita bread.
  7. Fill pita with chicken and vegetables.
  8. Add Greek yogurt sauce.
