Warm, flavorful chicken fajitas with sautéed bell peppers and onions, served in soft tortillas. A high-protein, satisfying lunch packed with fresh ingredients and bold spices — perfect for a quick, delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (300g total)
- 4 small tortillas (whole wheat optional)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: avocado, yogurt sauce, lime
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips.
- Slice bell peppers and onion.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes.
- Add peppers and onion.
- Add paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Cook another 5–6 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture.
- Add optional toppings.
