Warm, flavorful chicken fajitas with sautéed bell peppers and onions, served in soft tortillas. A high-protein, satisfying lunch packed with fresh ingredients and bold spices — perfect for a quick, delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (300g total)
  • 4 small tortillas (whole wheat optional)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: avocado, yogurt sauce, lime

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  2. Slice bell peppers and onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes.
  5. Add peppers and onion.
  6. Add paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  7. Cook another 5–6 minutes.
  8. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  9. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture.
  10. Add optional toppings.
