Ingredients
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 75 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 80 ml milk
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g fresh blueberries
- Crumble Topping:
- 30 g flour
- 20 g sugar
- 20 g butter (cold, cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Divide the batter into 6 muffin cups.
- Make the Crumble:
- Mix flour, sugar, and butter with your fingers until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble topping over muffins.
- Bake:
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
